Due to our process, items are typically ready for dispatch within 3 days of order confirmation though we advise a 7 day fulfilment due to any possible events beyond our control.

We charge a flat rate of £4.50 for shipping to destinations in the United Kingdom. This is to cover the cost of shipping, packaging and logistics. If in any case an additional cost presents itself relating to our dispatch process, this will be internally covered by SquareBoxPrint.

For standard orders, we currently only deliver to areas within the United Kingdom though. For a personalized order that differs from this, please email info@squareboxprint.co.uk to see how we can assist.

You should receive a shipping confirmation email following dispatch from our studio. This email will contain your tracking information. If there are any queries relating to this after an order has been submitted, please contact info@squareboxprint.co.uk from the email attached to your order.

Any information can be amended on orders UNLESS the order has been dispatched. If information needs changing, please contact info@squareboxprint.co.uk from the email address relating to your order.

We use Royal Mail postal services to deliver our products under a 48hr tracked schedule. Once dispatch is confirmed, you will be provided a tracking number that will be available for use in the Post Office mobile app or website (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item). Once your item is on it’s way, you can amend delivery terms and preferences through Royal Mail services.
